Do you ship internationally?

No we do not. Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 there would be a longer delay for shipping outside of the U.S. Therefore, we are ONLY shipping in the U.S.

How long before I will receive my order?

All orders are mailed via USPS First Class or Priority Mail; depends on which you choose in checkout. It can take up to 1-2 business days processing  Once it's shipped, you will receive an email or text of tracking information.


Orders will not be processed on weekends but the next business day! Most of the time the packages  are delivered within 2-3 business days if there is no delay. Please keep in mind that we are still in the pandemic and the post office can be backed up on orders!

What is your return policy?

NO REFUNDS!! If there's an issue with your order, please feel free to email or message me. Also, before checking out make sure you order the correct items you want please.

What if I am allergic to one of the ingredients?

All of the ingredients is listed in the description of each lip products, if you are allergic to an ingredient PLEASE DO NOT ORDER! READ CAREFULLY WHEN REVIEWING INGREDIENTS!!
